Hi, I am 12 week pregnant.I am not able to pass stool from last 3 days.No stomach pain observed. Please suggest what to do ?

It's quite common to have Constipation in Pregnancy. Watch out for warning signs like ; 1) Unable to pass flatus 2) Severe vomiting If none of the other signs r there take Syp Cremaffin 25ml HS for 5 days along with High fibre diet and plenty of oral fluids
