My baby girls poop is always hard n green since she started solid. Why isn't it normal.. I feed her 4 times s Day.. breakfast usually ragi ,rava porridge,afternoon.. daily.. snack time cerelac night rice with veggies.. I often give her Pple pear puree.. formula milk once a day since my working.. n I breast feed her too.. please suggest.. is something wrong in her diet.. how will I bring her poop to normal.. she strains a lot while pooping.
