12 months poop is always hard n green
Hello, My baby girls poop is always hard n green since she started solid. Why isn't it normal.. I feed her 4 times s Day.. breakfast usually ragi ,rava porridge,afternoon.. daily.. snack time cerelac night rice with veggies.. I often give her Pple pear puree.. formula milk once a day since my working.. n I breast feed her too.. please suggest.. is something wrong in her diet.. how will I bring her poop to normal.. she strains a lot while pooping.

Add bananas and apple juice to a diet. Apple pure can cause constipation in some kids Try sweet potato puree can cause soft stools Prune juice and rasin water also works for soft stools Increase water intake in baby Don't mixi the veggies hand smash them to retain the fiber content of the veggies . Parsnips, pumpkins other watery veggies given arround lunch helps
