Hi am 10 weeks pregnant...by the end of 9th week suddenly all symptoms gone away and having bad lower backpain but no bleeding can't even sit ..is this normal?

Some amount of pain cn be definitely there.
However if this s so bad you need to consult a gynaecologist at the earliest.
An ultrasound is also needed to ensure that everything s going fine.
