Newborns will sleep 18-20 hrs a day and sweats sometimes while feeding. If the baby is sweating more and is drowsy kindly consult a paediatrician for physical examination.

All babies are Deep and long sleeper upto 18hrs.
Sweat glands are found only in head of kid at time of birth.
Heat is dissipated from head only in form of sweating
So there can be sweating while feeding and sleeping
It's normal
