1 month baby having acne in face/Neck
My 1 month old baby developed red colour acne type rashes on face,head and neck from past 1 week
It is fully red and covered face
Kindly suggest for good ointment/oil.

Stop using soap and also stop doing massage. It will gradually disappear. No need to apply any ointment.
