Grade 1 acl tear
I got injured around 2 months ago. Till now I m suffering from knee instability and pain. Recently I got through a MRI scan. Reports indicated grade 1 tear with superior synovial plicae thickness. Do I need a surgery ? Too sending a pic of my reports.

if u have instability Inspite of conservative management then u must consider the surgical option. consider acl reconstruction
