She listens and understands without interrupting, often writes down pointers in her diary and in the next session when I begin speaking, she reminds me of what we discussed in the last session, which is so cool and shows how much she cares for her patients. The therapy with her helped me study my own patterns and behaviour. The difference in the amount of clarity before and after the therapy is humongous. I was going through a traumatic interpersonal relationship. I tried all the means to get out of it for the past 5 months. I was little sceptical to approach a psychologist due to the social stigma but I went ahead and contacted her. I will never ever forget the help she has done by being there. The first day I was literally crying out my heart while talking to Dr.Ritika. She heard through me completely and she did suggest me certain things to do. That changed everything. All she said was that I needed a proper closure from my ex. Also, she clearly understood my personality and traits. The second counselling I was little late but she was very accommodative and she had extended the time though she had some other session. She heard me out and understood what I went through and gave me that piece of advice because of which I am now finding peace with myself.
