Doctor dint entertain he dint speak to me properly. He dint advice me course of medicine ** **** ** *** **** **** * ***** **** while I was explaining my knee issue to him ** *** *** ** *** ****** ********** **** ***** **** ** *** *** **** ***** ** ** ********* *** barely shown interest to know the issue properly and asked me to eat pain killers.

I was frustrated and dissatisfied with my doctor visit. There was misinformation about the doctor's association with the hospital. I have concerns about the accuracy and reliability of health data. This case is very sensitive and serious, and incorrect information affects emergency care.

The appointment was significantly delayed, and I had to wait for about an hour to an hour and a half before seeing the doctor. The rescheduling caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my Sunday. *** ** **** *********** * ** *** **** ** **** ******* ****** ********

He was very rude and didn’t bother to explain about my issue. ***** ** * ***** ** ********* **** *** wasn’t ready to listen to me fully. Never had such awful experience with a doctor. It was not very useful of my time, they made me prepone the appointment according to their convenience, I’m atleast looking for a refund or to compensate it with an experienced doctor.

The doctor was very detailed and explained everything clearly during the first checkup. The follow-up visit was helpful, and the coordination with the physiotherapist was good. Although the clinic was crowded, the staff managed patient flow well, and overall the experience was positive. I would rate it four out of five and would recommend Dr. Arun Prakash to others.

Dr. Dhana Priya is very patient and has a friendly nature that makes patients feel comfortable and stress-free. This approach really helps in easing many ailments. An excellent doctor overall.
