Being an Ex Service Men serving the nation for 26 yrs, I was referred by ECHS to MMS Hospital for Investigations & further course of treatment for my Wife suffering from excess bleeding & frequent periods & pain. As Dr. Kalapana Devi is the Gynaecologist of MMS Hospital

1st day - I had to unfortunately consult her for my Wife's health issues. First day she asked us to take few investigations to know what is the actual medical issue.

2nd day : Visited the hospital for investigations.

3rd day : Visited the hospital for show the investigations to Dr. kalpana Devi. After seeing g the reports she diagnosed and advised to go for DNC & Mirena Insertion and informed us to take approval from ECHS for undergoing the procedure.

4th day : We visited the hospital with the approval from ECHS & met Dr. Kalpana Devi for dates to carry out the procedure. She insisted us to bring the estimate approved from ECHS department.

5th day : We visited the hospital back with estimate approval & all necessary investigations, anesthetic opinion., but she refused to do the procedure as the blood investigation HB1AC was not normal.

I do agree as per medical norms, it's not safe doing the procedure when the investigation reports are not normal. But this should have been informed me on the 03rd day when i visited to show all the investigations. ** *** *** ********* *** *** *** ******** * ******** ******** **** ***** Right from the Ist day, it was evident with her behaviour that she is least interested with cases from ECHS.

This docter not recommended. He is not kindly.he is very angry told the patient. I am not satisfied this doctor.

After confirmation of the appointment and taking the payment and waiting for one hour the doctor says he is not registered in practo nor he received the payment. moreover the doctor himself is not available in the clinic. total confusion with practo app. ****** *********** *** *** *** *** ** ****** *********

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional care and expertise provided by Dr. Kalpana Devi Ma'am. I came to her for my second child, had few complications during my initial stages of pregnancy and had previous cesarean. From the beginning Kalpana Ma'am showed a deep understanding of my concerns and was thoroughly supportive, patiently explaining the possible outcomes and challenges involved. With her confident and compassionate approach, she skillfully guided me through every step, making me feel reassured and empowered. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, what was initially considered a complicated case resulted in a smooth and successful natural delivery. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience truly positive and for giving me the joy of welcoming my baby through a normal delivery.
