doctor accepts an appointment on the app, confirms it and then proceeds not to pick up the call. I still show up at the clinic and it's closed!not sure who messed up, Practo or the doctor but this is unacceptable from a patient perspective

I did not find the treatment satisfactory. The treatment plan was not clear and did not address what I meant.
