I was dissatisfied with the service related to the consultation scheduling and cancellation. It was very poor service.

I attended the consultation and the doctor explained everything clearly. I would recommend the doctor.

I met the duty doctor at the hospital and they explained everything clearly. The clinic, staff, and wait time were all good.

I was unable to attend the consultation because the doctor was not present.
