Firstly, Dr. Latha was a perfect combination of thorough professional and a dear friend with extremely heartwarming gestures, full of positivity and vibrant personality. Considering most of her life had been into teaching, she is a natural storyteller who has the tendency to make her patients jump right into the world of understanding reality. Coupling realistic situations out of her past experiences with our current state of mind, she helped translate the new found learning into strengths by simulating scenarios. The sessions never felt like sessions but a mere catching up with a friend, venting out all that had been accumulated for so long. Unbiased in her approach, she ensured that there was utmost comfort and care for even opening up on a lot of grey areas. She helped unwind the million complicated knots in the head, one by one, with baby steps. The best part was that she only guided the paths that were available, and helped choose the right and fitting one, for a more definitive and realistic future with achievable goals and targets. She helped understand the importance of 'happiness from within', and that there is no substitute for it ever. Also, the invisible wounds and blood inside our heads caused by past traumatic events or shocks were smoothened, hugged and cured with her hypnotherapy methods and changes were clearly evident and inevitable from the behavioral patterns and confidence thereafter. Adding cherry to the top, she inculcated numerous qualities one ought to possess in life - organized lifestyle, simple mindset, vigor towards end goals, detached attachment, importance of self-talks, Interpersonal skills, reality checks and what not!

I had the opportunity to consult Dr. Latha Janaki, and I’m truly grateful for her guidance. She is very kind, patient, and an excellent listener. She carefully observes and understands the issues between couples without judgment. She talks to both individuals separately, understands their viewpoints deeply, and explains the situation from both perspectives clearly, and helps each one understand the other better. Me and my wife have consulted Dr. Latha Janaki for couples counselling and throughout the sessions she had listen to our differences and provided solution & methods to minimise our conflicts .
