After completing all the master check-ups and paying a total of 2900Rs, we were informed by the staff that Dr. Benhur Joel would be leaving shortly. This led us to promptly pay an additional consultation fee of 800Rs for immediate attention regarding my mother's perihilar lymph nodes as identified in her checkup.

However, our experience was far from satisfactory:

Misinformation: Despite being told of Dr. Joel's imminent departure, upon our interaction, he indicated that he would be present throughout the evening.

**** ** ************ *********: Dr. Joel did not greet us or offer seating upon our entry. His demeanor was distant and lacked the courtesy typically expected of a medical professional.

Unclear Medical Feedback: When presented with my mother's chest x-ray indicating lymph nodes, Dr. Joel quickly dismissed it as 'normal' without providing a detailed analysis or addressing our concerns. ** *** ****** ** ********** *** ******** ** *** ********** ****** *** ************ ** *** ******** ******.

Defensive Behavior: Upon being questioned for clarity, Dr. Joel responded curtly, suggesting he couldn't provide an "anatomy class" for our questions. This was both inappropriate and dismissive.

My sister had consulted the doctor and it was for health concern. Consultation was fine with the doctor. In Dr. Rela Institute they had given demo about the disease but my sister got cured now after Siddha's treatment. I am satisfied with explanation and treatment given by doctor. I like to recommend the doctor to my family and friends. Doctor explained about causes, risk factors, and why disease was occurring was told properly. There was more waiting time in the hospital when we went, it was for 4 hours even though no crowd was there since doctor was in OT actually. Doctor was friendly and she gave accurate reasons and gave demo clearly.

I met Dr. Sunil sir last year since I have issues in my hip. Before that i visited atleast 10 doctors but end up with too much of worries due to the factor that i need hip replacement. But he is very different, he will guide you entire process, gives you hope and finally he will do the necessary treatment with atmost care. Currently i had my both hip replaced back to back in 6 months time. I fully recovered and till today i was in touch with him. He will support you and I suggest if you guys have any kind of bone related issues do visit him once. You will always see the light at the end of the tunnel. I suffered a fracture on my left thumb as a result of a sporting accident. I initially consulted a popular Ortho specialty hospital in Ashok Nagar near my place and I was suggested a surgical process as there were multiple fractures in the finger. I was recommended Dr. Sunil Gavaskar by a very good friend of mine and decided to consult the next day. Upon evaluating my X-ray, scans and visually inspecting the injured finger - he suggested I avoid a surgery and immobilise my finger with POP. His inference was that a surgery would no guarantee 100% recover due the the complicated nature of the fractures and that a non-intrusive recovery program would be just as effective. 2 years since the incident, my finger has recovered almost fully with no pain. He helped me avoid an unnecessary intrusive surgery. He was friendly, helped me understand the situation and with post-recovery rehab.

My son has hydronephrosis during my pregnancy. I went to see her for check up,she recommended usg. Usg result is normal so she said he is normal no need to worry. She said In the mean time if any uti present come to me. After 2 months he got uti we went to pediatrician he said it is mild infection so no need to worry take antibiotics for 5 days and it will resolve. But i thought priya mam already told me about this uti so let's check her and confirm it whether it is normal or any abnormal finding. After she saw urine culture test she said it might be a vesicoureteral reflux so it is better to take dmsa scan for any abnormal finding. My son is just 4 months old she never think about it. But I believed her completely and take dmsa scan but the result is normal. I had been to hospital and it was for normal heart checkup. ********* *** ** ** *** ******* I would like to recommend the doctor to many people. There was more waiting time in the hospital. It was one hour. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. Tests like echo was done.

i brought my uncle to dr.ashok. He was very good in rightly,clearly and boldly explaining the actual problem. Based on the problem he accurately suggested the treatment plan and the costs.
