No words can describe how grateful I felt during my pregnancy and labour and my sincere Thanks to Dr.Rijaphin for made me feel like such, I am sure I feel blessed during and after delivery is only because of you, and I could not ask for more!

It’s my first pregnancy and on scan we have observed Polyhydramnios is where there is too much amniotic fluid around the baby, due to which the baby head is not engaged in to pelvis even after 39 weeks, There comes my guardian angel Dr. Rijaphin, OMG! what a beautiful soul inside and out, Though I am from a medical background, I have never met such a gyno with this level of patience and real care from the bottom of the heart since day one we met! I am already in love with her.

I was very anxious about my labour as like everyone, but, I wanted to have a normal delivery at any point due to some personal concerns, she understood and supported me personally and professionally beyond any other doctor would go for their patient’s.

Even during the active labour where everyone lost our hope for normal delivery and even my own family started convincing me for C section, where the only person Dr.Rijaphin tried all the way possible and went above and beyond (where she doesn’t have to and simply could have insist me to go for C section as the baby head is not engaged and I was dilated only 4 cm).

Not just during our ante natal visit and labour, she is one sweet heart where she used to follow up even after that and guide me on every single detail.

For anyone who doesn’t have any idea about pregnancy and labour, I swear, Ladies, you can blindly go to her and she would definitely make u feel the same way!

I am super grateful and blessed for get to know her through this phase and I wish all the love and happiness to this amazing women all her life

This is to share my maternity experience in Cloudnine. After a mishap in my previous pregnancy, we were very worried about our next one and wanted to ensure that we get the best treatment and care so we have a successful delivery. That’s when we came across Dr. Malar’s profile in the website and went ahead for consultation. Truth be told, she handled us with utmost care and compassion. We know we were overwhelmed many times and went to her with many requests but she ensured that all our requests were answered and fulfilled. We successfully delivered our baby and we would not hesitate to say that it is because of Dr. Malar that our dream has now come true. She was very professional and at the same time ensured she gave us her complete attention throughout our pregnancy from the day of conception till the day of discharge from hospital post delivery. A special call out to nurses Jenifer and Priya who were assisting us 24/7 despite of the number of doubts and requests we had. They made it easier for us to be connected with the doctor without interruption and coordinated very well. Also, thanks to Ramu from CRE who helped us with the operational requirements, admissions and other administrative responsibilities. During my admission in the hospital all the duty doctors, nurses and even the house cleaning team were so impressively caring and helpful. Overall we had the best experience with Dr. Malar and Cloudnine, OMR.

Consulted Dr.Naseem Pervin for my 2nd pregnancy. She is very professional, ************* and straight to the point. She is very clear in the process she gonna proceed. With right protocols and guidance by Dr. Naseem, I delivered a healthy baby via normal vaginal delivery. Thanks to her. I recommend Dr.Naseem to everyone.

Sister Shakila in the labour ward is brilliant. Her patience and support is admirable. She helped me so much during the labour process. I owe her for that.

Housekeeping staffs are also very helpful and kind.

Food services is good. Healthy, tasty and on time. I enjoyed 3 days of great hospitality from them.

Other than this, I felt Cloudnine OMR needs to hire more nurses to support all patients with more care. ********** ***** ********** **** ********* ****

Dr. Rijaphin mam is very friendly and I went to OMR branch when I'm in 8th month and doctor explained everything in detail and doctor is so friendly and explained all my doubts and I had a normal delivery and doctor is sooo encouraging, pleasant and very positive. Madam encouraged me throughout the labor journey. I'm very thankful to Dr.Rijaphin Mam.
