Ms. Valarmathi was a very professional person.After my second child I was finding it difficult to deal with my first daughter, went to mam seeking help for the same. She gave her valuable inputs for many of the issues that i am facing. My mind was clear after my appointment with Ms. Valarmathi. Would definitely suggest her to those seeking help.

When I approached Karthikeyan sir for help, I was sleepless for many nights. I had a lot of problems in both life and work. He first listened patiently to all my problems and gave more insights about myself. After three to four sessions I felt myself to be a different person. I now have the confidence to handle my problems more effectively.

I always had problems in decision making which was a big hurdle in my life. When I met Mr. Karthikeyan I was without any goals and felt like a failure. Doctor Vimalatharini stands out to me as a very thoughtful person , very kind and wise therapist whom I felt so comfortable with . She is very well informed on the subject matter and has a thorough understanding on the challenges that I faced in my life and made me work on those very difficult situations that I had to face in life . Her advice seems to be percolate over time and months after sessions I got to witness better way of seeing life .

She is such a friendly person who made me feel comfortable to open up the problems. Also a trustworthy person with a good experience in this field of counseling. V'll feel great within the 2 to 3 sessions and the way she gives a more refreshing take on problems helps us to see it in a new light and live happily.

Wen we keep it simple, life becomes a blessing. I think this is the Mantra on which she guides us. The way she handles us is very simple and that no fizz approach makes feel safe and enable us to open up and get treated well. Especially the relaxation techniques, will help us to feel good. I was in a very sad state when I started the CBT session with Dr. Vimalatharani. Weekly sessions were conducted and the tasks that I was asked to perform, made me focus more on the positive happenings in life rather than the negatives. It surely made me handle situations in a different perspective and in a postive approach.

The relaxations and meditations helped me stay calm. I am glad that I took the CBT with Dr. Vimalatharani because It helped me a lot to overcome many difficulties. I would surely recommed Dr. Vimal to everyone who needs help as she is a wonderful doctor. Thank you so much ! :)

At first, I had a thought that my problem is big and no one will have solution for it. But ma'm broke that thought in my first session itself. Initially I restricted myself sharing all my problems but later on I felt very comfortable with ma'm and started sharing my issues without any hesitation. Ma'm has more patience. Ma'm is a good listener. Ma'm listened my problems patiently and come up with solution for it. Ma'm made me to understand my problem and helped me to accept the reality. Now my perspective of life has changed. I thank Ma'm a lot for her kind service.
