Agarwal Neuro Clinic, Guindy

I am following up with this doctor for the past 3.5 years for my son, who is now 10 Years old, he was identified as ADHD & Epileptic, and got a severe attack when he was at the age of 7, and hospitalized and treatment given by a different doctor and he recovered. For the subsequent visit, I consulted for the first time Dr.Vikas, where he advised to take a fresh EEG and prescribed drugs, after 4 - 6 visits in 8 months duration, the observed epileptic pattern differed and therefore we approached CMC-Vellore, where after fresh diagnosis, he was declared as non-epileptic. Later went to different top & specialized doctors at Salem, Trichy and back to chennai for another neurologist and undergone treatments for about 1.5years, found no improvements except worsening him more. Finally I came back to Dr.Vikas at his age 9 and Dr. Vikas asked to take a fresh MRI & EEG at Saravana Scans Nandhanam, with the help of this scan report, he started fresh treatment with new set of drugs and now my son is 10.5 years, he is recovering at a faster rate and I can say he is 80% normal, for full understandings about my son brain activity, and for revising drugs (if required), Dr.Vikas advised us to take 3-4 X 24Hrs VEEG, since the cost was too high for this, he recommended to take atleast overnight cum 24 Hrs VEEG, for further better treatment.

I 100% recommend , without second thought, for any neurological disorders, you can go for consultation and post your experiences and opinions, for many others to get benefited. I also wish and pray God for Dr. Vikas Agarwal's good health and happiness, for him to serve the society.

This is my 2nd review of the doctor and I am happy to do it because of how amazing my experience is with him for the past 2 years of treating my brother..To give a brief background of my brother, he's a special child with neuro issues including epilepsy..Dr.Vikash has a very keen eye for his patients conditions and not to mention his caring attitude as well..He's really detailed during his consultations and is patient while we respond..the doctor also explains the reasons for the medication he's prescribing in lay mans term for us to understand..Also in case of any emergency the doc is always available to contact to put our minds at ease.I have also recommended my childhood friend to him because she has neuro issues as he one of the best from my experience..I hope Dr.Vikash continues his good service that benefits to many more people like my brother and my friend..I would definitely suggest Dr.Vikash Agarwal to anyone without hesitation as such amazing doctors are rare in our country where medical field is treated as a very profitable venture.

I initially consulted the doctor in Apollo for my mother to treat SLE and I was very satisfied by the treatment and doctor friendliness and the way he explains every minute things in an easily understandable manner. After that I brought my aunts also here for their treatment related to Rheumatoid Arthritis and Insomnia. He is the one who identified that one of my aunt is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. She went to a lot of doctors previously in her hometown but of no use. And another aunt who was also suffering with migraine and phobic disorders getting treated here. After coming here all of the three are so happy with the treatment and we all are really owe to the doctor for the special care he was taking. He is reachable in all modes of communication and the fee here is less compared to others and I hope everyone will get special attention.

I had an appointment with Dr. Vikash Agarwal for migraine treatment in his neuro clinic guindy. He was a very friendly person and he explained my problems very patiently, so that me and my husband where very clear about my health condition. He has also prescribed a tablet for me which is safe during breastfeeding (I am a breastfeeding mom of a 10 month old baby). Moreover he doesn't prescribe tablets for a new actively breastfeeding mother. I was really happy with his approach and he has asked me to come for a review after a month. I would love to consult him for my further treatment.

Dr. Vikash Agarwal is most excellent, convenient, expert and lucky doctor. We thank God for show this doctor in right time, because my father suffering from sevier Neck and Headache we went to big big hospitals and concern with specialist, taken all kind of tests CT / MRI etc, but no improvement money only spent more 1%improvement no. By God grays we found Dr. Vikash Agarwal Neru Specialist, we got appointment in evening in my mind thinking that already we saw so many doctors what would he say new. But after consulting him everything changed upside down, he saved my father's life, some doctors didn't see the CT Brain scan report properly he found that in 3 area blood circulation not going,due this reason only heavy Neck and Headache it will cause stroke. In right time we met him and changed all tablets his handling the patient also soooooooooo great. Now my Father little bit better than previous condition pain is reducing. We 💓 heartly sincerely thank Dr. Vikash Agarwal and strongly recommend him.

Found this doctor through practo, He was very friendly and he diagnosed the problem ********* and gave me the right treatment, I am feeling much better now and I would recommend this **** doctor for anything related to Neuro, Brain.. I am completely satisfied with his treatment and I would give 10 out of 10!

I met Dr Vikas to get a another opinion on the MRI scans which showed an infarct/Angioma. He suggested me to undergo a another MRI scan just to make it sure that it indeed is an infarct. It turned out to be the case and he explained me everything in detail. I will be meeting him once again after some tests however as of now, I am quite satisfied with his approach of handling things. I would recommend him for sure.
