I went to her at a low time in life and she helped me understand the workings of the brain, emotions and guided with tools and exercises that helped me grow. I am a reader and she gauged that to which she often referenced books that I could read. I grew really fast with her and felt independent to cope with my issues.

Marriage counselling was something new to me therefore, me and my partner was skeptic about the process.
