Came here to meet Sushmita Maam. Was suffering from anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, and negative thoughts. Post meeting her, the way she did counseling was very inspiring. Some of the words and examples she uses sticks in our mind and guides us through situations, remembering the things she had said in the session. Counseling itself was very effective having met many psychiatrists and psychologists before. As this counseling lead to changes. I met Sushmita maam at Maarga for my son. I am very happy with all the sessions. Today was his last customized counselling and therapy session. Before the sessions he was having anger issues, behavioral issues, low confidence, he used to keep continuously lowered head posture and used to have low motivation now he is so happy and looks forward to the sessions. He is always motivated to come to maarga even more than going to school. He is cheerful, not angry calm and am so happy to see so many improvements in my son. I came to Maarga and met Sushmita ma'am for counseling about stress and negative thoughts. Initially I was confused about what is the problem and whether this counselling and all is needed whether it will help me to relax my mind or not. My mind was not really okay to go for counseling sessions. Today was the last day of my counseling and customized therapy, I have realized that these sessions and therapy has helped me to relax my mind and body. The advices given by Sushmita ma'am were also very helpful for me I was so excited for today's session as it was my last session. After the session finished I am very happy. She was very interactive and friendly. I can really feel the difference before my first session nd after my last session

I came here with my son Manoj Kumar to meet Sushmita ma'am at Maarga. We are very happy with our interactions with her, it felt homely and not like a hospital or 'treatment'. She has a warm friendly approach, which we loved. That makes a big difference for us having been to other places before and not had the same experience. My son attended her counseling and customized therapy sessions, I can notice much of positive changes in him such as mood improvement, he doesn't get angry or irritated he is able to work in calm manner. Had severe health related anxiety when I went to meet Dr Satish. He explained the reason and cause and advised me to go through CBT with Ms Sushmita. I had my apprehension with regards what am I heading. However the sessions were really good and I could feel a lot of change in my thought process post undergoing the sessions with Ms Sushmita. She ensures enough time is given and her relaxation techniques are really good and makes your mind really calm and composed. Iam really grateful to her for invoking fresh thoughts in me. Before attending her sessions I was feeling restless, always thinking, negative thoughts, today was my last session, I feel very relaxed, happy, energetic and am leaving with a smile on my face

Went for an ADHD test. I'd been told to get one test done by another doctor. I got given two tests, one of which she didn't even tell me I was taking. Then proceeded to charge me for it. All this was done without even informing me and added to the bill. Instead of taking the test herself, * *** *********** ** * ******** *** **** *** ** *** ******* *** ******** ****** ****** ******* * *** ******** ** *** ********* **** ********** **** ****** *** The doctor had left the room by this point. After this, the doctor called me to another room to "discuss" my problem *** ********* ** **** **** * ********** *** **** ******* ******* **** I don't even need and proceeded to talk about that for 20 minutes. Then she told me how she was doing me a favor by letting me take the test for so long and not charging me for two consultation sessions in the friendliest way even though I was apparently paying dearly for this already and she had already wasted 30 mins of my time to get printouts in the middle of our so called session. Really disappointing experience that I had to pay through my nose for and didn't tell me anything new about my problem.
