She has helped me a lot with my mental health issues and made me feel more confident and hopeful. She is very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She always made me feel comfortable and respected in our sessions. She also game me strategies to cope with my challenges and improve my well-being. I am very grateful for her support and guidance. She is a wonderful therapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.

I started benefitting from the therapy sessions from her from my second day of the session. She patiently listens to the problems, takes notes and follows up after the next session. She has suggested me many self help ways to combat my procrastination, lethargy etc.

She helped me with the managing my anxieties post surgery months combating an unfortunate disease.

In addition to that she taught me the art of defining boundaries and respecting them. This helped me compensate the shortcomings in my personal relationships.

Dr Roopalata understands our problems very well.She guides and gives path to our daily life ....she notices every detail even if it is small. She is the best psychiatrist/therapist out there.She is very friendly and available whenever we want her.she changes time if we are not comfortable.I've seen many psychiatrists where we have to keep asking for appointment.But she herself books the time slot every week and keeps updating us about the session.We feel happy after talking to her

Rooplata is amazing therapist. I feel lucky I was able to find right person in first go. It's been 7 months since I started therapy and I am changed, confident person now. This was the third time i tried therapy because i didn't have good experience the first 2 times.

I have done 5 sessions now and i am very satisfied. She has helped me a lot in different aspects for the issues I was dealing with in day to day life.
