I was very confused about my feelings but now I am clear about my feelings. I started the sessions with lot of questions in my head but now I am OK to take life as it is.

These sessions helped me to know myself better and to overcome my insecurities. I'm not a completely secure person but now after the sessions I feel it is normal to feel this way.

I had grudges, hatred, confusions and unforgivable feelings against my husband but now I know showing them to him was poisoning our relationship. Therefore, now I have control over my anger and frustration, which is leading me to a better lifestyle.

Overall the sessions with Ms. Hemali have helped me to understand myself better, feel better about myself. She has cleared my doubts with logical meanings and a practical approach. I am content and satisfied. I have started to enjoy little things in life, which meant nothing to me earlier. I have become confident about my thoughts and feelings.

I would like to first and foremost thank you for the commendable service Athos is rendering to us. I had my doubts initially when I entered the clinic but the ambience was warm and comfortable for me.

I loved the professional way in which Hemali handled me. After my 1st sessions I felt confident like I had someone to listen to me, without judging me. The non-judgemental attitude she showed helped me to open up more and all through the sessions with her I was able to become more self-aware.

I have done counseling with Dr Hemali for  my prolonged depression and anxiety issues. I am posting my experience after been in treatment of 6 months. Dr Hemali is very polite and has deep understanding of her work. For psychological issues we think a lot before starting the therapy and even after, it works on trust. For me too I was very scared to start it but in the first session itself I knew that I am at the right place.I was having high depressive and anxiety issues since 4 years accompanied with high suicidal thoughts in recent times.In the course of 6 months by god's grace and with the help of therapy i am standing straight, ready to take all challenges, with increased confidence and faith in my self worth, i am looking forward to live a good life. Please have this idea that the therapy won't give you immediate results in a day or two, we have to take it for atleast few weeks to see the progress. After seeing her, i have great changes in my perspective towards life. I would highly recommend her for any sort of psychological issues, she will understand you completely and you won't have a slightest hint that she is a stranger for you. She is very helpful, understanding and polite. She is available both offline and online and will be available through e-mails also in case you need any help.

I knew findinythe right therapist is necessary, and Dr. Hemali is an amazing therapist. She listens to your problems, takes proper time to analyse the issue and gives clarity to the problem at hand. She has helped me cope up with my time in Bangalore and is an amazing person to counsel to.

I was so skeptical visiting a clinical psychologist in Bangalore. But must say, I am SO GLAD I decided to see Hemali ma’am. She did not rush through with my session but took time to understand the root cause of my feelings. I unveiled through her sessions things which were holding me back. Dealing with anxiety and OCD for almost 10 years,I,finally, decided to go for therapy and Ms. Hemali has always proved that I took the best decision by doing so.

She is extremely patient in listening to the patient. She maps out exactly what is going on in your mind and sometimes with her interogative skills help you come to the conclusion by yourself.

I had a total of 5 sessions with her including the intake session. She helped me get to the root of my issues which helped tremendously in managing my anxiety and stress. You might already know what your issues are but she'll help you perceive them differently and productively and that makes a lot of difference.

Ms. Hemali explained the issues to me in detail. My hesitation of visiting a psychologist almost disappeared after the first session. Within 4-5 sessions I started seeing considerable changes in my issues and my mood had improved. She was flexible in her approach and a very patient listener. Thank you for your help.

She was very patient in listening to the complete details. The diagnosis of my situation was spot on. She could exactly explain what was going on in my mind. Also, she was very supportive when I had called the hospital reception during a sudden Panic attack.
