I had injured my traps in the gym and had been self treating it with heat treatment with no relief. I consulted a few doctors abroad but in vain who could not diagnose the actual issue. When I visited My folks in Bangalore, I fell down and hurt my back that added to the agony, I was referred to Dr.Vinod, who during my first consultation itself diagnosed my problem with just a glance of my posture and painful pressure points without even checking my MRI. Within my 3rd session I was able to sit and be back to normal activities without the bad pain in my neck. He was the only Dr who diagnosed my injury leading to a contusion of my scapula bone and traps muscle injury. This helped heaps and after my last session, I could walk home with minimal pain got back home accomplishing a 14hr flight journey at so much ease. Not only did Dr. Vinod identify my injury, treat and set me right, but he also followed up each day to ensure that I was doing okay and gave me a thereupatic plan to manage my pain and naturally heal it with exercises. Not to mention that I also had an extra rib in my neck with disc bulges (a complicated case) but he made me feel so confident and kept up to his promise of getting me back on my feet by the time he finished my physio sessions. Being an IT professional, I suffered from severe RSI (repetitive strain injury) for over 4 months. Constant shoulder pain and shooting pain down the neck and all the way to my right hand were some of the symptoms that i suffered from. I consulted multiple doctors & physiotherapists across the city, who gave me different treatments and prescribed various medication. But even after 4 months, there was no improvement.

I was recommended to see Dr. Vinod Jain by my sister, who had a successful experience. Dr. Vinod spent an hour getting to know me, my lifestyle and my history. Based on the provided information, he diagnosed my condition as severe RSI. Not only did he diagnose me, like other doctors, but also patiently went through a detailed anatomical explanation of the issue, and causes and prevention. Post this, he first started with Manual Therapy for a few sessions where he mobilized some of the stiff areas, and then later moved on to few sessions with dry needling treatment. Post this, we graduated to strength training towards the end of the treatment.

Now pain-free with all these treatments, my belief in Dr. Jain and his method of practice has increased tremendously, and I am referring to everyone I know to the structure of this mode of practice.

I was suffering from upper back pain followed by left shoulder and arm pain in the month of Aug last year. Initially i was put on to some other doctors who failed to diagnose my case. I got injured in 2007 and even after 10 years of visiting doctors and 4 surgeries, my knee pain was not showing any sign of decreasing. Dr. Vinod has been instrumental in my recovery and I have now gained a lot of strength in the muscles supporting my knee resulting in a state of no pain, something I had not felt for years. He deserves full credit for diagnosis and treatment of the underlying condition.

I have a C6-C7 disc herniation and was recommended operation. It was a very difficult decision as the operation is a little risky (posterior discectomy) but at the same time the pain was unbearable.

TLDR: Dr. Vinod fixed me in 5 sessions.

In the beginning I was a lil skeptical. I said no to dry needling and taping.. well yeah I am a very bad patient. In the third session he somehow convinced me for both and for the first time after that I felt as if my pain went from a 10 to an 8. In the next 2 sessions it went to 1 or almost 0. I am almost perfect now.
