Abigail Ajgarni has completed graduation in Applied Nutrition, from SVT college of Home Science, SNDT university.She also holds a Masters in Sports Nutrition from Nirmala Niketan Mumbai University.She has done her dissertation on "To Assess dietary habits, fitness levels and incidence of injuries in amateur female cricketers aged 18-24 years" and also presented a poster on the same at International conference on Community Nutrition & Health: A Social Responsibility & Humanizing Work and Work Environment 2015. Her interests lies in working with athletes and also loves writing and travelling different places. She has handled athletes from various sports like swimming, cricket, tennis, cycling, wrestling and many more.She also has experience handling International and Olympic level players.
