Her techniques helped me understand the why, how and what of my problems and how to solve them. I am dealing with childhood trauma caused by my experience of a dysfunctional family. Therapy is a long term process and it takes years to solve our psychological problems. I thank Anuradha for helping me survive an acute trauma on which I am still working.
