Visited the doctor for annual health checkup consultation and he explained the concerned issue well and suggested to do new blood check up for few indicators to see if the previous report were inaccurate and said after the report comes I can contact him and he would suggest medication if needed but the Staff did not connect me to the doctor after receiving the blood report despite calling twice and avoided me saying thier are other patients waiting. Kind of rude and impolite behaviour from the Staff even after speaking kindly and waiting patiently for the response.

Dr. Shivaram gives enough time in listening to the patient’s problems completely and then very calmly explains the issue, reason behind and also suggests the medication accordingly.

All our interaction with Dr. Shivaram was only online via Practo and for us it was no different than visiting the clinic experience. I have only seen him being so calm all the time and any time of the day you call. It’s generally not the case with every doctor.

Thanks doctor for all the kindness and making patients less tensed during this time of pandemic and making to understand the real issue.
