Treatment is so smooth, negligible pain, no wait time, super quality treatment, brilliant doctors, super kind staff and best infra, what else you need. It is one the best dental hospital I have ever seen. Doctor and staff will guide in detail until your treatment/follow up is done.

Recently, I had issues around RCT done historically (10 years back in Rajajinagar) and visited 3 to 4 dentists nearby Varthur, Marathahalli and Bellandur. They done some orally treatment and they said we can't do much since these are already treated with RCT and you must live with it.

When I visited Smile Elements Dental hospital, they took complete X-Ray and explained the whole procedure. Issue was due to bad crowns that were capped previously and left with small gaps between the teeth. Over period, there was a cavity surrounding teeth due to food lodgment, which was causing huge pain (biting into something hard, flossing, getting something stuck in between the teeth or brace).

They removed existing crowns and treated surrounding cavity as first step, filled cement wherever needed, done RCT for one of the additional teeth too. Later, they capped three crowns and now issue is completely resolved.

Trust me, today I do not feel I have crowns and it is such a wonderful seamless experience.

we had really bad experience.

1) Visited Dr. Sangeeta Honnur for the second opinion for dental issue. we had a xray for the issue tooth and it was a week old but doctor insisted for full mouth xray. (Clinic charged 400(consultation)+ 500 (X-ray)). Again requested us to take CBCT Scan which is performed in external lab.

Issue 1: CBCT Scan performed on wrong number tooth due to wrong prescription from clinic. so have to re visit for another scan after 2 days.

2) Called clinic for the follow-up to review the CBCT report but staff was insisting us to talk to doctor over phone which we are not comfortable.

3) Visited clinic to talk to doctor to understand the CBCT report result. Dr explained the issue clearly and next steps and total procedure cost* **** **** *** **** ****** *** * ********* *** ***** *** *** *************

Post discussion we interacted with reception for next available appointment for doctor to start the procedure, with surprise they insisted to pay one more consolation for explaining the CBCT report.

I have requested them to double check with doctor that may be a mistake as we paid the consolation fee just a week before. post checking as per Dr. inputs it is compulsory to pay again.

This is totally not acceptable. we just paid and left clinic immediately. I am not happy the way things went and wont recommend to anyone.

She is a gem in a form of Doctor. She helped me on what's app even when I had not started going to her for treatment. Very gentle hands, immense experience and sturdy hands. My RCT was very complicated, yet she performed and suggested me good treatment. I've been going to her from last 3 years and I cannot be happier. Not just her but all the assistants and other doctors there are very supportive and friendly.

If you're a person who is scared if dentists (like me), she is your SAVIOUR !!! Just close your eyes and trust her hands !!! I HIGHLY recommend this doctor.

My experience with Dr. Sangeetha and her team has been excellent. Be it different treatments, remembering all the patients and explaining all the procedures with so much patience, gives me immense satisfaction to continue with them. Cleanliness and the facility at the clinic is top notch. Overall I am very happy with the treatments.
