Rich Care Homeopathy Clinic, Malleswaram

I visited Dr. Preethi for piles problem I am facing and expected her to give me medicines that could help me get relief. The doctor seemed good, ************* *** took down my history of PCOS as well. She mentioned she would give 3 days medications as a trial and then we could take it forward. When I awaited meeting the staff I was told by them that I need to sign up for their minimum package - 1 year package that costs 15000 and I have to pay that upfront so I can start taking medication. This included PCOS as well. I asked her what if we need only for one problem which was temporary. The lady flatly refused saying they don't give individual medication and give as a whole and that there are no trial medications as the doctor had mentioned. We left from there not being able to solve our problem and highly disappointed that this centre could not help relieve pain when needed the most. I would not recommend this centre. The doctor is good but I was most unhappy with the way the staff dealt with my issue. You do not try to relieve the patient off the pain they are experiencing at that moment but you try to sell your yearly package. I would not recommend this Centre - Rich Homeopathy to anyone.

I got out of their centre and went to an Ayurvedic centre nearby where I met one of the best doctors I have come across and got medication that is helping me.
