Dr Lavanya was very confident about our case and would reassure us every time about a positive outcome soon. Also, Dr has been very categorical in stating the facts and explaining the pros and cons of any treatment.
She has been very meticulous on harmonizing all the required parameters before proceeding to the next step. In case of tough medical decision, she would not hesitate to communicate it; at the same time being completely sensitive to patient's emotions.
Under her guidance, we moved step by step and are glad to share that we have conceived now !!!
Important to note is that Dr follows "one to one" approach. In our opinion, she has prioritised her patient's concerns over her own (personal) situations. Even during the "waiting"time for the "result" she was in constant touch with us on call to share our anxiety and reassure us.
