It all began two years ago during a club match when a leather ball struck the corner of my neck. Although it wasn’t a major impact, I gradually started feeling pain. I consulted various orthopedic doctors, underwent physiotherapy, and even tried Ayurvedic treatments.

Fortunately, the pain lessened enough for me to carry on with my daily activities.

However, a few weeks ago, during a team lunch, I felt a sudden pain in my head while taking the first bite of my food. At first, I dismissed it and continued eating, but the pain kept intensifying and even started occurring when I spoke.

That was the tipping point. I tried to ignore it for a week, hoping it would subside, but instead, it worsened.

I immediately visited an orthopedic doctor and shared my concerns. After an examination, he told me it wasn’t an orthopedic issue but a neurological one.

So, I consulted two neurologists—one prescribed medication without any tests, while the other advised me to get an MRI. Although I found this approach puzzling, I followed their recommendations. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement and began to feel less good.

Despite this, I refused to give up. Determined to find a solution, I researched extensively on YouTube and Google about TMD (Temporomandibular Disorder) and TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) and their causes. I searched for “TMJ doctor near me” and reviewed many clinics.

After going through several reviews, I finally decided to visit Dr. Deepak Daryani at the HSR Clinic and Implant Centre.

I booked an appointment without hesitation. During the consultation, Dr. Deepak thoroughly examined my condition, asked many questions, and explained what TMJ/TMD is and why it occurs. He clearly outlined the treatment plan and costs involved. He also requested blood tests, which revealed some concerns.

Treatment began with medication alongside laser therapy. From the second session onward, Dr. Deepak introduced various exercises and breathing techniques. Most importantly, he gave me a personalized nutrition plan that has been transformative. Since then, I have stopped eating junk food, reduced my sugar intake, and focused on nutrient-rich meals.

This change not only improved my physical health but also positively shifted my mindset—I now wake up early, exercise regularly, and make healthier food choices.

Dr. Deepak always ensures that I fully understand the treatment and encourages me to follow his advice diligently. As he said, the doctor can only guide; the patient must commit to the process to achieve healing.

I have completed seven sessions so far, with one more remaining, and I can already feel significant relief—the pain has vanished, and I am now able to concentrate on daily activities without constantly worrying about discomfort while eating or talking.

I had been struggling with severe headaches in the temple region along with persistent pain around my jaw for over two months. I consulted ENT specialists and neurologists, but all the reports came back normal, and yet the discomfort persisted. It was a very frustrating and confusing time for me.

Now that I’ve completed all 8 sessions, I can confidently say that I feel significantly better. While I may not be 100% recovered yet, the improvement has been remarkable and I’m very hopeful for complete recovery as I continue following Dr. Daryani’s advice and exercises.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jamoy James over the past year. She is such a sweet, approachable, and easy-to-talk-to person, which made the whole process feel so much more comfortable and reassuring. I initially visited her about a year ago for an issue with receding gums. To my surprise, she suggested that aligning my teeth could help prevent the condition from worsening. At first, I was shocked—I'd always thought braces or aligners were just for kids! But Dr. Jamoy took the time to thoroughly explain the reasoning behind her suggestion, the different types of aligners available, the process, and the costs involved. Her clarity and patience really helped me make an informed decision. One of my main conditions was that the treatment had to be completed within a year due to other personal commitments. Dr. Jamoy respected that and did an exceptional job by planning regular visits and expediting the process. Despite my complex issues like deep bite and crowding, everything has now been beautifully corrected. As we all know, dental treatments can be expensive, and I’ve always been a bit hesitant about spending too much. Both the dentist and assistant advised to get wisdom tooth removed ****** **** ******* ** ******** ** ******** ********** *** **** ********* ********The assistant miraculously saw cavity in my wisdom tooth about to hit my nerve. But when i asked the doctor, he said he was not sure about the cavity being present from the x-ray. But, still he insisted we go for the tooth removal.

After checking with the doctor multiple times, he reassured the process will be very simple and i should feel only some minor pain the next day.

However, it turned out to be exactly the opposite. *** ***** ********** **** * **** ******* ******** **** ***** ****** ** *** ***** Also the day after the removal when we called the doctor to check for my fever, he confidently denied the tooth removal to have any role in the fever !

Last but not the least : Had to pay additional 300 for x-ray even after paying the full amount for tooth removal.
