We have been very disappointed with the service levels and unprofessional behaviour of Elite Dental Practice. I had sought his services to treat one of my relations. Neither did Dr. Gautam (nor did his assistant Dr. Neha Kulsoom) *** **** ********* ** *** ****** *** *** **** ******* * ****** ********** Despite multiple visits* *** ****** *** ******* **** *********** After a while, they began completely ignoring our calls for more than 2 weeks. We called them and messaged them multiple times seeking appointment, but there would be no callback/revert. Frustrated, we finally changed our dentist ****** ******* *** ****** **** *** ******* ** ******* *** **** ******** ** ********** A very bad experience overall.

*** ***** ** ** *** *** **** ******* **** **** ******* Unlike other clinics, the appointment time is always respected. She and her team are very friendly and make one very comfortable during and after the entire process. I never felt that the doctor was in a hurry to finish the treatment. She helped me with very complicated issues with great patience. Any questions that you have regarding the treatment are answered thoroughly and the treatment process is completely explained. I highly recommend her for any dental problems.

Visited the dr for a general examination. She was very friendly and explained all aspects pertaining to the issues and a detailed course of action to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Dr Irani. She is extremely professional. My mother is also her patient and she has seen significant improvement in all her tooth related issues.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Irina. She is very skilled and extremely patient, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure thoroughly. Her calm demeanour and gentle approach made me feel at ease throughout my visit. She truly understood my issue and ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable dentist.

She explains so well about what she is doing with my teeth and was very gentle. This was my 3rd visit to Elite and only experiences so far.

Was good enough explaining the problems and need of the treatment. Took atmost care of patient and attendee during this pandemic sittuation. Appointment was worry free and very less waiting period.

Be it treatment or hygiene factor. They are simply the best in town. Never seen any of the place giving so much importance to hygiene. Keep up the great work and service.

Very well explained the problem and given proper treatment for the same, I had taken treatment fot other tooth before also and happy with treatment. I surely recomend dr goutham for others.
