Hello everyone, I am Pokarn Narkhede. I have been suffering from OCD since 2014. As you all know that OCD is a very common disorder nowadays and if it is not treated properly, the consequence may be very dangerous. When I got trapped into OCD, i was not aware regarding it and gradually it got bad and my life was almost got destroyed as my performance in studies and my daily living got extremely affected as intensity of symptoms of OCD was very high. My partner and I consulted Prajakta because we were stressed in our toxic relationship. We fought constantly and were always finding flaws in each other.
