Hi
I so blessed to have met her. It would have been nice if I had these studies in the school itself or a Psychologist like her in my school.
Her welcoming, down to earth nature and straightforwardness has helped me heal as sessions continued. My mom is a single parent and she struggled to understand my situation as she is going through her similar challenges with the death of my dad. My mom is much understanding and relaxed with me after meeting with her to understand about me.
She made me feel safe enough to open up. She encourages me to see my strength and takes me along through working on what I am not comfortable. I started seeing many things about me which I usually avoid, this made me angry and resist the sessions.
I actually told her my deep dark twisted secrets and she took it quite well. I wasn't okay with white light in the session room, I shared this with her after 7 months of knowing her. I know it looks like small to many but not for me. I am a hypersensitive person. In spite of discomfort, I shut up and didn't choose to open up to her. I was irritated and troubled within. One day I felt its okay to tell her as I felt that she won't take me wrong, her care is clear in her eyes.
She has a habit of sending follow up messages whenever she senses I am not okay, I am surprised how she understands me so well. These messages during my emotional crisis have helped me see reality and also for me to come out of my illusion. The best part about her is that she is open to discussing what works and doesn't work openly.
I am inspired by her research publications, awareness programs and her keen interest in learning anything new. I read a lot about what she does before choosing her as my therapist. For me, it's important for a person to have scientific reasoning and update learning through research.
Thank you, mam, for being my inspiration and helping me to see how important it is to be genuinely human.

I am an international patient from the UK. I have used Priyanka as my psychotherapist for seven consecutive months whilst in India.
When you look at me, I look healthy. I am slim, I exercise regularly, and I don’t drink or smoke. However, I came to Priyanka with several troubles in my life including chronic pain, issues relating to my previous work in the corporate environment and fears about my future. I had become disabled as an adult whilst working in the corporate world. (Two-thirds of people who are currently disabled in the UK became disabled whilst they were of working age.) I have an invisible physical disability.
I have had some talking therapies before in the UK, but they have not been nearly as effective as what I experienced with Priyanka.
In the same way that everyone has physical health, everyone also has a mental health. The most successful people in life look after both. In fact, it hard to have good physical health without also looking after your mental health. We all sometimes experience poor mental health. The loss of a relative or loved one, too much pressure at work, relationship difficulties etc. It is up to us to take time out to look after our mental health. This sometimes involves a therapist like Priyanka. This doesn’t show weakness but actually shows strength and courage.
At the airport in London, UK, just before I came to India, some of the best-selling books on the shelves are about how to master our mental health. How to improve our grit, resilience, perseverance or bounce-back-ability. It is clear that this is a popular international topic.
Because of my interest in these books, I decided to embark on a period of improving myself with Priyanka. There was some trepidation about what was about to happen. I was a little nervous.
Some of the sessions were difficult. We talked about issues that needed to be dealt with, and it was painful. However, once she had worked through these issues, I felt a feeling of release and freedom. A step-change in my mental health in that area. It was wonderful.
Often Priyanka used art, dance therapy and games to try to convey her message to me. As a technically minded and degree qualified mechanical engineer, I found some of these approaches new and challenging. Looking back, however, these exercises were the ones I remember the most. It’s as if therapy was working on me without me realising it. This would sometimes happen immediately and on other occasions take days of contemplating before fully absorbing what had been taught. Priyank is clever and her approach is not always obvious.
Priyanka has this ability to “sense” what you need. She often adapts her session depending on how she finds you. I found her sensitive and caring. Your very best health and wellbeing is the ONLY thing she is interested in. She is an absolute professional with years of experience behind her; and it shows. Priyanka goes the extra mile and then some more to make sure she gets you where you should be. She will not give up on you no matter how difficult the situation or even if you give up on yourself. She is determined and realistic.
Priyanka also has a wealth of experience dealing with international patients, and for that I was grateful. I was bamboozled by India, and she understood why. She educated me about the local culture and helped me navigate the peculiarities. If not for Priyanka, I would have left India within weeks. This I can say as an absolute fact. Her skills enabled me to complete my time here.
By the end of the seven months, I was able to handle myself in India in a confident manner. Not quite a local, but a far more assertive foreigner compared to the timid patient when I first arrived.
The best project you will ever work on in your life is yourself. Why read a self-help book or listen to a TED talk or Youtube video which is generic, when you can have tailored one to one psychotherapy from a qualified and highly experienced therapist? It’s a no brainer.
I have learnt that good emotional intelligence is a greater indicator of success than our IQ. But what is interesting is, that it is a skill that can be learnt, like playing the piano and practice makes permanent.
This exceptionally clever and skilful woman has taught me how to better handle the challenges of life. She is honest and can be depended upon. She thinks about the little things and sometimes little things really matter. Everything is confidential, you can tell her anything - she has heard it all before. Over the months I came to trust her completely. This woman has integrity inbuilt. She is honest and kind.
I arrived in India almost broken, I had lost my confidence, in pain, stressed and weak. With Priyanka’s help I left with a skip in my step, smiling, confidence restored, much stronger and able to deal with life better. What a relief!
It is therefore without any hesitation or reservation that I recommend Priyanka to you. I would especially recommend her to international visitors, like myself. As far as I’m concerned, you can search as much as you like for a better therapist in Bangalore, but I am one hundred percent confident that you will not find one.

I am a manager in a health care industry. I am 42yrs male having health problems like high blood pressure, smoking, obesity, disinterested in life, etc for long time.
I read about her work and found it every unexplored in our country mostly. When I started reading more on it, I realized that I was not aware of how mind and body are interconnected all time. I felt that it is so unfortunate that our mental health care is a taboo when it is the essentially most important thing to address.
I had so much anxious about my health and I visited many doctors, didn't get the results I wanted. I then went ahead to meet Dr. Priyanka. She is very professionally good at her work. I realized it was about my past unpleasant experiences which was unaddressed and made me reach where I was with my physical health. I worked on it with her for months on various issues. Now, I see myself the way I want to be every time I look at the mirror, makes me feel content and at peace from within.
I wish many can have a better health with her professionally trained skillset and 9 years of experience in the field of health care.

When i started to take sessions i didn't know anything about anxiety & i was not aware of any process involved in this treatment .All i knew was I'm not feeling my best , i felt my physical symptoms getting intense(legs and hands shivering, rapid heart beat, difficulty in throat and i lost sleep) i was sad ,then i educated myself with the help of internet and i decided to get professional help and when i met Dr. Priyanka, i opened up about everything that was bothering me.Through sessions i realised my therapist is actually helping me to solve my problems on my own and the methods she used are really simple & cool. She made me feel comfortable to talk about anything and that really helped me to open up.I had no support to take sessions because my family had no awareness about mental illness but somehow i managed to continue ,later i educated them too.don't be afraid to ask for help, it's completely ok to feel the way you feel. It's not a sign of weakness, it's about realising your strength. Be aware and spread awareness. When you see people struggling with mental illness maybe it's your sister, mother or your best friend don't try to fix them because fixing is temporary instead ask them to take professional help.If you are someone who has been through mental illness share your story because it's meant to be heard and there are people who are going through the same struggles just like you, your story will help them.

**** ************* ********* ** **********Ms. Priyanka is not only a psychologist or a counselor but she is a wonderful person. She is very friendly and understanding. I've visited her at Serenity Wellness Institute, J.P. Nagar for counseling. I was struggling that time with anxiety problems but after visiting for counseling, she made my life easier and taught me how to deal with problems and to manage stress. She proved as messanger of God for me. Her words are really supportive and her tricks to deal with problem are proved miraculous for me. She is going to the root cause of your problems and help you to get out of it and help to make your life easier. She is making patient comfortable and confident to face the problems. I would highly recommend Dr. (Ms.) Priyanka P.S.
Thanks Dr. (Ms.) Priyanka :)
I had very bad experience by visiting my previous unprofessional counsellor, she had claimed to be a professional but she had done some short term course. The trauma i went through in my life and retraumatized by such a counsellor was helped by Dr. Priyanka. I had trust issues when i visited her but in few sessions she clearly showed what a true professional can do. She really helped me see how important it is to choose a real professional and to go for quality in work by trained professionals.
People beware of unqualified and so called claiming counsellors like my previous counsellor.
I hold high respect to Priyanka for educating me about what is mental health and how important it is. I recommend her for genuine help. Ican happily say i have begin to live a happy life and i wake up with so much energy to do what like to do.
Thanks a lot Priyanka...Im glad i met you.

I had decided to undergo therapy when I felt that I couldn't cope up with what was happening in my life. I had severe low confidence and self esteem issues. I was referred to Dr Priyanka.
Initially I was not sure how her methods were going to help me, but I went ahead and did whatever exercise she asked me to do between appointments and I started seeing a difference in my thinking process after a while.
She understands what we are going through and makes us realise what we are doing wrong in a kind and sensitive manner. She used to make me feel comfortable and calm. She allows us to speak and listens to the whole thing patiently. I would say that I have become more confident and assertive in my life, thanks to her.

So my experience with Priyanka was very life changing, we met at a core transformation program where there I was my last day and I had no clue what I was stepping into. My partner was of course Priyanka, a very random choice as we had just clicked in a room of over 50 people. While she was guiding me through my process of exploration of my core not only did she help me find my core state but also over come one of my major mental blockage. She helped me think from a different perspective and break through my own mental blockage by just talking and making me do few exercises. A beautiful and strong woman. I highly recommend her. One of the most life changing experience ever. Thank you for everything! 💜

As a supervisor she's really amazing. She's very friendly and approachable, *** ** *** **** ***** **** **** ************** *he makes sure we get direct experience of psychotherapy which helps us learn a lot. We learnt a lot of things like report writing, making observation charts, planning interventions and treatments for future, talking to the family members of the client, etc. I had a really great experience with her as an intern and this experience helped me develop a lot of practical skills that are coming handy for me right now.

I visited for Psychological Problems
I've been visitingng Dr.Priyanka for the last 2 years and I have to admit it's been a life-saving experience for me. From PTSD To childhood issues, She helped me to understand and accept it. This was my 3rd therapist experience(the earlier two didn't work for me), Obviously, I had trust issues with her. But, she helped me to overcome that, and today I'm in a much better space. She is kind, friendly, and approachable. She doesn't follow the typical boring textbook approach(this really helped me a lot). She also never insisted on doing anything forced. After attending her sessions I understood the importance of the mind and how our body is just a reflection of our mind. She also helped me to develop my confidence and \nI urge people to seek her help if they are going through any psychological problem\nLet's prioritize mental health First.\n\n
I also request people to give some time (I went into therapy to get quick results) but that's not how it works.
