We have been visiting Dr Shailaja for the last 5 years. Her friendly and affable nature tops up the fact she knows the issue very well and provides the right treatment. we have realised that her profession is very close to her heart and that can be seen the way in which she dealt with us.

I recommend her for all Dental issues.

Its been great so far. I have been satisfied with my tooth treatment. I am currently undergoing a root-canal treatment and she was very helpful. The best part is that the doctor does not recommend unnecessary procedures. She explains you in detail the "why" part of your question which is good, so you know the reasons for your tooth issues.

Dr. Shylaja is highly talented and treatment given by her helped me save my tooth. Unlike other people here in bangalore she does not do RCT in single sitting as that may cause problems later on. We waited for almost 20 days and then once there was no pain then she has done the RCT and caping. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Whitefield to visit her for any tooth related problem you have..

I went for crown fixing and returned satisfied with the doctor and clinic. Clinic was clean and well equipped. Doctor was very friendly and dint look greedy like some other dentists whom I have visited earlier. Only minor flaw I have seen is that I dint get the bill. They said that I will get that in mail but I am still waiting for that.

My appointment was with Dr Shylaja at DENTAL WORKS but surprisingly despite her being presented/seated at the clinic, I was approached by the other doctor who also started the treatment. Out of politeness I did not point this out immediately but when i insisted then Dr Shylaja reluctantly got up and casually analysed my mouth and after giving some instructions to that doc she left the clinic.

I wonder why do certain doctors still reflect their appointment schedule on Practo if they do not have the time or will to treat a patient!! My appointment was a confirmed one!!

At the age of 65 I learnt that dentures are like electronic instruments.ones repaired by any other dentist the warranty stands void.{ while i was in mumbai for a few days and my dentures were hurting badly went to my old dentist who set it right, now these people refuse to entertain me regarding any problem I have } this denture were made just 16 months back by DR SHYLAJA...THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR SHYLAJA.

The doctor became unavailable at the last moment and then went on leave. I had taken an appointment wuth anither doctor at the same clinic and despite many calls to confirm there was really no use of that and it appears more like a first come first serve . I had an appointment for 5.30 pm , I waited till 6.30 pm and was asked to wait another 30 minutes . Whole evening wasted .

Dr. Shailaja is very pleasant and takes time to explain the problem and options. She does good amt of pain mgmt which is vital. Her patience is commendable and she has high level of attention to detail and care. Loved the experience. Would highly recommend her.

Dr.Shyla is courteous and understands the unspoken problems by engaging the patients in health and lifestyle conversations. You wouldn't know the difference unless visited once.

Children treated here will recall their pleasant experience with the dentist.

So when l first went to Dr shylaja s prasad with my problems(that was a result of my staying away from dentist for so many years) l was quite apprehensive and concerned subsequently I had to undergo multiple procedures including Root canal ....which was done with complete professionalism and minimum discomfort. Also doctor educated me about oral care and future maintaience.
