Dr. Prasad Narayanan

Dr. Prasad Narayanan is a senior consultant at Cytecare Cancer Hospital who has several years of experience in medical oncology, research and teaching, Dr. Prasad’s key area of interest include clinical and translational research, stem cell transplantation, head and neck and breast cancers, and colorectal cancers. He has conducted over 200 stem cell transplants (including Auto, Allo, Haplo, and cord blood) at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and Mazumdar Shaw Cancer Center in Bangalore. He has also previously worked as a specialist medical oncologist at Dubai Hospital in Dubai.Dr. Prasad has authored chapters in text books, and has presented lectures and papers at several national and international conferences. He is a member of the Indian Cooperative Oncology Network and Indian Society of Medical and Pediatric Oncology, and a Reviewer of the South Asian Journal of Cancer.
