The doctor was very thorough, transparent, and professional in explaining

1) What was the issue

2) What are the possible solution

3) Why surgery is recommended

4) What is the surgical process

5) What can be the surgical and post-surgical scenarios

6) What will be the post-surgical recovery process

My aunt was discharged the very next day after the surgery (< 36 Hours).

She was forthright and strict about following the post-surgical recovery process and given we almost followed all the required recommendations, her recovery was on expected and predicted lines

Whatever we say is less , she is the best thing happened to us after our baby in our pregnancy. She is friendly, well connected , straight forward ( which is very necessary for parents ) , WhatsApp friendly , no drama ( doesn’t scare the patients with unnecessary vocabulary) , concerned about the patients , I can write on and on.

My journey with Dr. Namrata started with pre natal counselling, she was so warm and lovely from my first visit. She explained things so patiently and answered all my questions, ordered a few tests for both my husband and me and even shared her number with us, it was as simple as forwarding my test results to her. She is extremely accessible, just a message away. 3 months later, I messaged her my positive pregnancy test results and she had me come over for a consult and explained everything that I needed to do, to ensure my pregnancy went as smoothly as possible, and thankfully it did. My visits with her were something that I'd really look forward to, she is always so patient and spends as much time as you need with her to answer all your queries, unlike other doctors who are always in a hurry to finish a consult and see the next patient. she's like a friend who listens to all your problems so patiently and cheers you on especially during your pregnancy when your hormones are totally whacked out. My pregnancy went on so smoothly with no hiccups and she ensured that I got my tests done in a timely manner so everything could be kept at bay. Any query or doubt would be answered through a message, so that was super convinient. Dr. Namrata and I were both on the same page when it came to my birthing plan, we both wanted me to have a normal delivery and she made sure that, that's what she delivered. My delivery was as smooth as it could be and my labour pains lasted a mere 5 hours, she managed my pain really well and I can't thank her enough for the beautiful delivery that I had, she delivered my 3.6kg baby boy normally and it was exactly how I wanted it to be. I would recommend Dr. Namrata to everyone looking for an OBGYN, she's extremely warm, easily accessible, no waiting time during an appointment, spends as much time as you need with her, regularly checks up on you through messages, cheers you on during your low downs and mostly she becomes your friend through the end of it all. Thank you so much Dr. Namrata for everything you've done for me, if I ever decide to have my second child, you'll certainly be my only choice.

Dr. Namrata is easily the perfect blend between a doctor, friend and fellow mother.

My husband and I visited her for my first pregnancy and were extremely happy with how she guided us all through it. Very few doctors today, stress on a normal delivery, but she prepared us for it from day one. She also keeps the expecting parents well informed about every step during the pregnancy helping them to make informed decisions.

Dr. Namrata didn't only keep us updated with the physiological changes to expect, but also emotional changes which really helped me cope with any self doubt or guilt during and after the pregnancy.

Her expertise, responsiveness, and genuine concern for her patients puts her up at No.1 Gynac for me. Definitely recommend seeing her if you need one.

PS: She might be able to give pretty good fashion advice too!

First I was confused to choose this clinic as doctor is young but today I visited for my pre pregnency planning as the feedbacks was very positive towards doctor....really I was very shocked by seeing doctor friendliness very very satisfied worth for my time and money ..many doctors I visited but I never satisfied well counseling after that My confusions cleared moreover she don't suggest for any expensive medicines and tests I think if their is only necessary according to our health conditions. And she given her watsup number to send my reports she never asked for unnecessary visits to the clinic she saved my time .. Really very much happy and satisfied a positive vibe after visiting this clinic lets see ..

Some of the observation that we (my wife Jyoti & me Vipin) had about Dr. Namrata Nagendra are as follow:

* Sheer Professional with touch of empathy and compassion.

* Throughout Support during pregnancy till delivery and beyond.

* Doctor was Focused on normal vaginal delivery from the starting, 1st trimester, and we finally achieved it on 6th December 2020. I think Even if complications would've arrived, I'm sure we would've tackled it with Dr. Namrata by our side.

* Followed everything that Doctor advised and it helped us a lot.

* Patience that doctor kept during delivery is appreciated not only by us but within my circle of friends and family.

* Doctor was keen on Normal delivery whereas my wife had given up due to labor pain and was asking for c-section delivery. Doctor had belief on the data i.e heartbeats of baby within womb and blood pressure of my wife, which were monitored throughout the labor and were perfectly normal.

* Doctor's words were very encouraging during this time and my wife was convinced for normal delivery. We delivered a healthy baby boy!! Jyoti is recovering well too!!

* To be very honest, we have not seen any doctor like Dr. Namrata Nagendra.

May be some of the words above are coming out of over joy but we achieved this joy because we followed doctor and doctor followed us at every step. The synchronisation between us was phenomenal which came because of the cognitive empathy that Doctor possess.

I visited for Normal Vaginal Delivery (NVD)

My first pregnancy got miscarriage, we planned to show highly experienced doctor, so finally we met Dr Namrata Nagendra and followed her treatment given, it was extremely good with her advice and treatment. Doctor words are very encouraging and was focused on normal vaginal delivery from starting. We finally got delivered a healthy baby boy. I like to recommend Dr Namrata Nagendra for normal vaginal delivery. We have not seen any doctor like Namrata Nagendra she is so honest, brave, bold, active. Was looking for a good gynecologist from long time and found Dr. Namrata finally. Very well explanation of the reasons for my symptoms. Understood my medical requirements very quickly and prescribed **** *** ********* medicine & tests. Practical and friendly doctor and would recommend all my friends to visit for gynec help.

This was my first ever visit to a gynaecologist so I was a little anxious, but Dr. Namrata made me feel comfortable. She is very professional and gives all the information required in a clear manner. I certainly recommend her for all conception and pregnancy related consultations.

It was my first time having an appointment for a breast examination and Pap smear. Dr. Namrata was extremely easy to talk to and made me quite comfortable. She recommended a few tests and diagnostic processes to be done as part of the regular check up. I was able to have a frank discussion regarding possible options for contraceptives and was also given an option for vaccines for prevention of cervical cancer.
