I have been consulting Dr Janet castelino at DermaZeal for the past 1 year for my acne, pits and blemishes all over my face and which I was even getting on my chest and back as well..

Doctor gave me some ointments, moisturisers and sunscreen and asked me to apply time to time without fail and she even asked me to get a sunscreen.

I also followed the same as informed and I used to visit her regularly twice in a month and following to that she also asked me to start chemical peels session and I took a package consisting of 5 sessions.

After using the peeling session and medication together my active acne were under control and I hardly got any breakouts.

She used to change my medication after seeing my improvements.

And once I got rid of all my acne which took around 3 months for me to decrease she gave me tropical creams for my marks .

She also suggested me for lasers treatment and recently I have tired one session of fractional co2 laser for my deep scars and It really works well for for my face

Every session of laser makes my skin glow and looks quiet better than previous ones.

If it comes to choose a doctor for skin treatment I would happily suggest dr janet for the treatment

Here they suggested me to take six sessions of PRP treatment but due to budget concern I asked them only four sessions but the doctor explained to me the purpose of suggesting six sessions. At this pandemic time I worried to visit clinic, however I was very impressed with the precaution taken by them, they have kept it very organised by providing show cover with a automatic shoe dispenser, sanitizer, gloves and temperature check.

Inside clinic also they have arranged seating with distancing and kept it neat and sanitized, very well organized.

She is so patient and concerned no matter how many times I ask with same energy she explains multiple times, and the same I see in the other doctors and the staff as well.

The staff are very professional and warm, they helped me with registration and I was taken for case history as they mentioned.

I visited for multiple concerns like *skin tag removal *laser hair removal *skin brightening *hair fall.

Dr.Varsha was the one took the details, she examined my skin and a test was done for my scalp which is Trichoscopy in which they check the scalp in microscopic view and she said about hair thinning and growth pattern etc.

After Dr.Varsha providing my details I was taken to Dr.Janet for which she prescribed medicines for all my concerns, I was suggested for lotion, moisturizer, sunscreen and shampoo etc. She asked me to get few medical test done as to see if have any deficiencies for the issues I had.

For laser hair removal she gave a very good package of eight sessions and explained about the laser they use, that was Alma soprano ice, explained me more about the laser as how effective it is , how it is done also the monthly once one session is done.

She suggested chemical peel and mask for skin brightening as a package of five sessions, among which one session is given as complimentary and this I have to visit every fifteen days once. This is also almost for 30 mins procedure, peel was for about five minutes and mask was for 30 mins which was like totally cool and soothing and relaxed. The feel was like awesome.

For hair fall she prescribed for PRP which is abbreviate as Platelet rich plasma of six sessions and explained how it is done and it would take an hour for entire procedure to be done and the ideal interval for each session would be a month.

Along with as I wanted skin tag removal as well, for which a anaesthetic cream was applied to give the numbness to avoid pain before procedure started, that was left for about an hour almost. Meanwhile the reception staff provided some amazing coffee and heled me out with magazines while I was sitting clueless, Im glad they did as I was wondering what to do for that one hour, and then later I was taken for this procedure, they prepared for the treatment and doctors did the procedure ad she took good care and she was constantly speaking to me which felt ease, and it was totally painless.

From the registration till exit everything was handled very well by entire team and nowhere I had any discomfort. They made it up to me really well. Im glad I choose the right clinic and right Doctor.

Overall I recommend DermaZeal Clinic, all the doctors and very good and staff are completely professional and the clinic is also very nice with melodies music and not to forget the best coffee from Coffee day vending machine which fills the aroma of coffee brewing entire clinic.

The 1st time visited for rashes the consultation fees was 500. It was sometime in end of July or aug’2020. I was told to visit after 2 weeks of treatment. Surprisingly for the follow up I was charged 1k for the consultation. When I questioned why am I being charged for the follow up, the response was pretty unreal. They just told me it’s the managements decision. I don’t mind paying but for the follow I felt it was too harsh to charge 1k.

I then questioned the doctor and her response was a pretty much the same. We did a increase the fees a bit ... excuse me ... a bit is 500 FYI .

They literally insisted to go through some process of apply some patches to diagnose but that did not prove anything.

Spent close to 5k in span of 3 weeks *** **** ** ***********

Great service and great ambient and worth treatment and best place for skin care and Dr.Janet and Varsha done very good job 👏🏻 I suggest this place for your all skin related issue.

It's good, but it would be a great help for if you can explain the root cause for facing the skin issues like acne nd pimples. Which food to be taken, yeah felt little expensive.

Before explains the treatment package.if we go with sample treatment to get confidence to go forit.

It will give much more confidence.
