Good Part:
Doctors are good and experienced. They gave ample time to understand the symptoms and what I had to say. They explained in detail causes and possible issues. X ray dept was good and gave me X ray report within 20-30 mins.
Bad Part:
1. They charge Rs 50 for registration details. This is wrong because registration of patient is done so that hospital can have a centralized information/Database. Now it's totally wrong for them to charge patient for this as it's to improve hospital processes.
2. Waiting: My appointment was at 12 noon and I met the doctor at 1:20 pm, that is waiting time of approx 90 mins on working day.
3. Hospital needs to improve the customer handling big time as these delays are not acceptable. Need to have better processes and patiently needs to be exactly told where next department is and what is the next process, patient shouldn't be left to wonder about the next steps.

He Initially talk to my mother with great respect. He understood the reason behind bone and muscle pain. He understood the symptoms of the patient.
He provided required treatment to her. This is my review after 3 days of treatment.
But I have opinion sir,
When I saw reviews in Google regarding hospital there are couple reviews which describe negative about hospital . I have encountered the same . As you are serving to huge no patients in your hospital. It is quiet difficult to attend those patients by Attenders which is making the people think they are ignorant in hospital. It could be bring effective supervision of Attending Patients and directing them or please Increase the Patients Attending Staff in Hospital.

I cannot say recommendation yes or no because i did not met him, we were planned to visit doctor as per our booking time that is 11.40 am but the hospital receptionist by 10am called and told me to come early before 11 am otherwise you cannot meet doctor after 11 am. if any changes in doctor timings at least they should inform us early 2 hour prior, they should understand the traffic and patient condition, also i called back to the same number 3, 4 times to request some more time since our home was little far from hospital but number was busy and i could not tell.
Casualty people treats today very bad.. Dr harsha recommend to go casualties take nebulization but I slept there 20 mns no coming to my bed..nd end she told only we treat emergency people...her talks are very rude.. so I walkd out.. our whole family coming that hospital.. very cheap mentality.. treating.. nd only 2 patients at casualty. . Very bad.. sir.. every one there told sir.. you.. hope as a position your sitting taking immidiate action. . Is it people tree or money tree we are confused. ..take immidiate action who is not working on duty..
He was very kind and courteous. He checked properly and gave medicine after asking my preferences and checking my entire file for previous problems. Dr Chandrasekar is ground to earth. He will clarify all the doubts. His team also very friendly. They explained each and everything. My mom was recovered very fast after knee replacement. I will recommend everyone to consult multiple doctor before going for knee replacement and keep Dr Chandrasekar in that list.
