Visited the doctor for annual health checkup consultation and he explained the concerned issue well and suggested to do new blood check up for few indicators to see if the previous report were inaccurate and said after the report comes I can contact him and he would suggest medication if needed but the Staff did not connect me to the doctor after receiving the blood report despite calling twice and avoided me saying thier are other patients waiting. Kind of rude and impolite behaviour from the Staff even after speaking kindly and waiting patiently for the response.

I have consulted Dr. Shivaram for health issue, he has always been patient and gave enough time to listen to the issue and suggest necessary medications. He has made himself available at anytime to clarify and resolve the queries and concerns even during his busy schedules. He is a very kind, empathetic *** ************* ****** *** a wonderful human. He puts me at ease and makes me smile which is a great medicine itself. Although, I am still being treated, I am sure I can recover soon as the Doctor always encourages me to get better and push myself forward. He has saved my life and will forever be indebted to him. Thanks a ton Doctor.

I was given the appointment for 01:45pm and I reached before time with my family. At reception, staff told me to wait and I am in the queue after 2 patients. I waited till 0215pm and staff was eager to send 2 more patients in addition to 2 patients. When I asked, she was not able to help me and were making the things. I had to leave after waiting for 30min without consultation since I had another plan. Staff needs to be more active, should give true information so patients can manage their own schedule accordingly and refrain from unwanted waiting time.

Dr. Shivaram gives enough time in listening to the patient’s problems completely and then very calmly explains the issue, reason behind and also suggests the medication accordingly.

All our interaction with Dr. Shivaram was only online via Practo and for us it was no different than visiting the clinic experience. I have only seen him being so calm all the time and any time of the day you call. It’s generally not the case with every doctor.

Thanks doctor for all the kindness and making patients less tensed during this time of pandemic and making to understand the real issue.

I had seen him on 28th Dec suspecting Covid and he provided me all the necessary information and comfort needed. Since than he had been keeping a close eye on my medical condition and have advised medication as necessary on timely basis. Sometimes he has taken my calls even as late as 11pm in the night also. Good and Great experience with the doctor .Gave appropriate treatment and medication. I recommend other to please visit without worried about anything .Doctor is very friendly and listen your concern and suggest good medication based on your severity.

The Doctor spends enough time with each patient, listens to your symptoms, asks the right questions & then shares his diagnosis. Also, doesn't prescribe heavy medication, antibiotics till its absolutely necessary. His staff is extremely helpful, responsive as well. Would highly recommend Dr Shivaram as a GP.

Dr, was so patient in hearing our health concerns and provides the right solution. First I did consult for my husband , me and within a week for my mother in law for covid. Age appropriate advise and medicines were prescribed. Genuine Dr and there is no wait time. he joins on time. Really happy with his treatment and now got recovered Thanks Dr.

I consulted 3 doctors and found him to be the best as he gave me proper time listening me and also explaining me about my condition and next steps towards treatment , he came up with proper plan without jumping into medication
