Absolutely disappointed by the experience at this clinic.

Visited once 2 months ago for a consultation by booking on practo. Post consultation, while paying for the fees, the two female receptionist were extremely rude and arrogant. Despite booking a slot and waiting 1.5 hours, the receptionist kept on saying “pay fast, we have to close”. Both of the receptionist kept talking in Kannada and laughing when I explained them the skin disease I was suffering from. The entire 10 minute conversation with the receptionist, she showed angry faces and utter disgust towards me.

Coming in for a second consultation today, the wait time wasn’t much. After deciding on the chemical peel packages, the same exact receptionist while collection payment was once again extremely disrespectful, rude and arrogant and made extremely disrespectful faces. She also refused to accept 2000 note despite it being a legal tender until Sept 30 2023. She repeatedly refused to accept Rs2000 note even after I ensured her it is a legal tender. Her tone and behaviour was extremely disrespectful and once again made faces.. The doctor watching all this did not bother interfering. This shows how the clinic does not care about their patients.

I would not suggest visiting this clinic. Despite doctor being so calm and polite, such a pathetic attitude from the clinic has made me cancel the treatements suggested by the doctor. Extremely disrespectful behaviour.

** ****** *** ********* ***** ** **** ******, he explained me very well and he was too good at listening my acne issues, he gave me good prescription after that second day onwards I was getting the results ..it was magical for me I was not believing that this much fast I'm recovering my boils issues on every inch of my face , I'm glad that I choose such a miracle Dr in my whole life . Thank you so much Dr harish . I suggested Dr harish in my family too , they will reach him as well. All thanks to you and practo app because of this it's was possible to me easily I got talent Dr for my treatment .

visited for my hairfall problem. doctor prescribed some medicines ,shampoo and serums, ***** *** ****** *** ** ********* **** * **** *** ********* * once i stopped the medicines, i was back to square one ,and hairfall started again, everytime medicine cost reached out 2-3 k ,but at the end ,result was not satisfactory . also i personally feel that the consultation fees is too much .

consultation n all is ok but i was prescribed mostly overpriced medicine and top of that it was only sold by their own clinic and no other pharmacy(no other pharmacy means literally no-one in the whole Bangalore). when i asked clinic for an alternative of it, within a second they replied that there is no alternative ***** ** **** ** ****** **** * ****** ***** **** ********** *** **** **** * ****** *********** ***** ***** *** ** ***** ************ ********

I was suffering from skin rashes from 2-3 weeks which started as problem soon as unable to bare the itching, so visited to Dr. Harish, the way he explained the problem, I understand the RCA for it. Though I asked him for second visit, he refused as its not required, and fortunately its been a month. I am perfectly alright.

Thanks a lot to the doctor..I was suffering from painfull skin infection and I went to so many doctors but nobody can identify the issue.but Dr.harish diagnosised on first attempt and after a day medication I was good and now m am perfectly fine..My regards are with dr.prasad.Tha is for all your help.
