I started therapy because I was struggling with anger, some substance use, and honestly just feeling confused about myself. I didn’t have a very clear idea of what was going on, just that something needed to change.
The personality assessment was actually really helpful as it gave me a clearer understanding of my patterns and why I react the way I do. The way Ms. Gunjan did the report discussion session that itself brought a lot of clarity.
Over the sessions, we worked on identifying triggers, especially around anger, and I slowly started becoming more aware of my responses. It wasn’t an overnight change, but with regular sessions, I could see a shift in how I handled situations. I felt more in control and less reactive.
