Maam helped me get out of a tough situation with ease. She is honest , intelligent and experienced, I am saying this because she knows what are human emotions and how to tackle them with care. She knows her field well and the sessions are interactive, informative as well as insightful. She has prior working experience and thus is competent. She saved my career and thus I would recommend many who have experienced something unpleasant to get consulted before things go out of hand. She taught me to understand human behaviour in a better way. She is a trusted individual who can make things simpler and post counselling one would always wish to contact her earlier when the problem first arose. I spent in total 3½ days fighting with the conflict in my mind and she solved it in 1 hour, that is her level of competence. Those with emotional problems must contact her, she saved my career. She explained various styles of handling problems without being prescriptive. She also gave several resources and techniques to help me expand my knowledge and perspectives. She integrated various therapeutic modalities to create the best outcomes. Her calmness and positivity are infectious. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a meaningful counselling.

Roopali is a very considerate and extremely genuine person. I love the fact that she reinforces your belief in yourself and empowers you by encouraging you to take your power back from all the outside invaders that scavenge away your precious innate healing capacity. Her approach is very deep and philosophical and in just two sessions I have been able to reorient the way I think about the capabilities of my own body and mind. I wouldn't say it is downright miraculous, but she sure is someone I have started looking up to for an enabling vision when my own reason stands clouded and I know she will guide me very very well!

A big thanks to Dr. Roopali for her therapy sessions have helped me significantly. She is a great psychologist and also a lovely person. She makes you feel comfortable and calm and at ease to discuss whatever you want to and listens to everything patiently. She uses great analogies to make you understand different perspectives. I have had some amazing conversations with her even on random topics, always feels like you're talking to a friend. I've been going to her sessions for almost 3 months now and I'm doing way better than when I had started. She's amazing, cannot recommend her enough!

I don’t have words for how much Dr. Roopali has helped me, she’s amazing. She is so dedicated to her work, empathetic , soft, kind hearted and is so invested in making you a better person. You can go to her no questions asked and she’ll do everything in her power and I mean EVERYTHING to help you. I struggle from a lot of psychological disorders and her patience with me is commendable. This is only a short description of her, it will never do it justice for how amazing she actually is.

Ms Roopali was not well and I was scared how her assistant would be. Since I had travelled very far after reading about her reviews. But Rageshwari (I hope I remember her name correctly) was so patient, so friendly and calm. She was supportive, understood my issue which I myself wasn’t able to say clearly. Totally aligned with her and I would go for more sessions.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Roopali Ma'am and I must say it has been a transformative experience. She takes a holistic approach to mental wellness, recognising that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. She is genuinely compassionate and empathetic. The incorporation of yoga and breathing techniques has been a game changer for me. Through these practices I have learned to focus on the present moment.

Dr Roopali is patient in listening, ************* *** very professional. Her way of giving quoting mythological/real life and even personal examples and naturally making me see a point of view which I was missing earlier (and hence having those personal issues) is very subtle yet helpful.

Recommend anyone with personal/psychological issues to taken a few sessions to see benefit. Needless to add, the quantum of benefit that one will realize will depend on how much you trust the whole process, how much you are open to suggestions and making changes to day-to-day lives... Improvements are always incremental but real
