My experience with the doctor was very good. From the moment I entered the clinic, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The doctor greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. He didn’t rush through the appointment — instead, he asked detailed questions and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand.

I visited Dr. Shuaib for a muscle injury near my hip. He was extremely empathetic and immediately identified the severity of the injury with an X-ray (available in his clinic) and prescribed medicines and physiotherapy to treat the pain. His treatment was effective and the injury got better exactly in the time he estimated. WhatI deeply appreciate about Dr. Shuaib is how he attentively listens to you, answers your questions and takes necessary steps to identify the problem before prescribing the appropriate treatment which was very effective in my case. Most importantly he came across as empathetic and skilled and reassuring. I also didn’t have to spend much time waiting over the course of my treatment and the clinic staff were friendly and efficient.

Doctor advised me to take IFT treatment for 5 days, but cost of treatment is huge amount (Rs. 600/-) for 10 to 15 minutes per day. It not affordable for middle class and poor people. organisation has to think about this and if possible make it affordable cost for common people.

Dr. Shuaib Kausar was clearly able to identify this problem on muscle Twitch in my lower back through a series of stretches he made me do. The explanation was very clear and instantly physiotherapy was suggested. Total Orthocare is a great place with orthopedics and physiotherapy experts.

I just visited the doctor for the first time. Still early to comment in the treatment but his demeanor was comforting and he took enough time to explain the issue and suggested minimal treatment and medication. Let's see how the treatment goes. Thank you for being a patient friendly clinic.

Dr.Shuaib is highly experienced professional, exactly knows how to treat each problem. I had visited him earlier for my slip disk issue it was cured within a months time.. this time I had severe pain in my left arm due to fall and in two days I am back to normal. Great doctor with healing touch .

Shuaib sir is very friendly and very co-operative. I am very happy with treatment he is providing. He is very good at finding the root cause and providing the absolute cure.
