I am undergoing braces treatment with another orthodontist since I started my braces treatment during the pandemic I didn't have many options and ended up taking treatment in a nearby clinic and they destroyed my entire treatment process.
Then I consulted with Dr. Venkatesh Garla, He clearly explained the process and possible solution. He gave me enough time to explain my issue which is an important thing for every patient. I have visited many doctors for different concerns but no one will give me time even to talk they will strictly follow 5-10 mins for the entire consultation. But he doesn't care about the time, he genuinely cares about the patient the issues and gives solutions.
He's more knowledgeable and he will give you the right and possible solution, Not like other hospitals who are giving incorrect promises to earn money and wrong treatment which had happened to me. The most surprising part was he gave me a therapy session for my insecurities and confidence-less mind state. I was very upset about my profile result and it's bothered me a lot every day when I stand in front of the mirror. They charged a reasonable fee.

I got Deep Filling, Invisalign Treatment, fixed Retainers, Cleaning and Polishing done in Smylife Dental Clinic. Initially when I want to go for braces, I had visited two or three chain hospitals to enquire about Invisalign and other existing options. But I had noticed all these big hospitals were nudging me towards Invisalign, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After reading positive reviews in Google and Practo, I had visited Smylife. Dr. Venkatesh had told me about all the existing options and pros and cons of each very clearly and cleared all my doubts regarding each of the options and left the choice to me. I felt the discussion to be very transparent which was very important to me. After I had decided to go for Invisalign program, Dr Venkatesh had personally verified the computer output scans and even sent back the initial model for more enhancements. Through out the treatment, which was around a year, Dr. Venkatesh and Dr. Hetal examined the alignment multiple times and suggested me right steps for getting the best output. There was never a bad or unpleasant experience at Smylife. They ensured each appointment to be as smooth as possible for me, even during Covid crisis. Needless to say I would definitely go to Smylife for all future dental checkups.

We (my daughter, wife and self) have had consultations with Dr. Hetal over the last year or so for various individual specific dental treatments and we are super satisfied that we have found the dentist whom we can trust for appropriate advise and treatment. She does thorough checks & analysis and then recommends various options with their effectiveness, suitability and any down sides. I had consulted with Dr.Venkatesh here around 18 months back to reshape my teeth. He explained about the treatment stages and methods and it’s charges etc etc very clear . In his clinic they have all advanced technologies and required medical machineries so your all treatment will be hassle free here .
I have consulted two consultants before him for the same treatment and both of them advised me to remove two teeth but Dr.Venkatesh did a great job without removing any of them and now I’m very happy and comfortable to smile 😊 😃Thank you ❤️
