Operator Sumaiah just kept sending generic statements for half an hour, with no resolution in sight, and kept pushing a coupon in my face while I asked them to make sure this experience isn't repeated for anyone else. He also said a refund isn't possible because it's a follow-up appointment -- while the fact is, it was my first appointment with this doctor, so definitely not a follow up. This whole experience has just been so incredibly disappointing.
