I had a minor ear injury that resulted in minor hole in ear drum. As it is internal injury, wanted physical examination and was glad to get appointment. Our family always trust Dr. Shermija for ENT related treatment for nearly 6 years now.

As lockdown is in force, was worried about cops catching while on way to clinic. But Office staff, sent appointment details in whatsapp as i did not book through practo, just in case cops as ask for it.

At the clinic only doctor and nurse were there and letting patients one by one inside the clinic at main gate itself. So, very safe during these covid times and safer than big hospitals. Waiting time was just 5 mins. As always doctor was professional , kind and explained the issue in layman terms. Thanks Doctor and wish that you and the nursing staff remain safe at work.

** *** **** **** ********* **** *** ******* treatment helped me reduction in the ear pain & I was really happy that Madam said if you get any issues just watsup me so that I will help you, I think this is great initiative so that it will cut shot our travel time & depending on situation we can visit the hospital/clinic.

I would request doctor to

1. Reduce the consultation fee from Rs. 500 to 350 or 300

2. For ear infection removal are. Rs. 500 is very costly so please reduce it to 300 or less

All are suffering in this situation, please reduce some amount of fees it will very helpful.

Very big salute to the doctor & nurses as they are working in this critical situation to help us.

Even before she evaluated the nasal and throat part, she had given a super accurate diagnosis for my ear problem. Dr. Shermija has been our family doctor for last 4 years, my son had constant ear problems from 1 year of age and she patiently listened and helped us through. I face lot of allergic issues and see her regularly. She is very thorough and patiently listens to all aspects. She is very friendly and we are very happy with her. They have a thorough system of loading prescriptions in Practo or these days it comes via whatsapp which makes it easy and the medicines are all available in the campus for easy access.
