She has done her Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from SNDT University - Mumbai. She has vast experience in different type of orthopedic, neurological and sports condition. Her modification of exercises according to patient's needs and condition makes her treatment more effective.

I have a unique issue in which my core muscles were getting weaker day by day and i visited almost 10 physeo therapists in different cities. Every time therapists made money by putting me on machines which are very expensive but does not helped me in long run, although it gives relief at the moment.
Since i am into IT job so the previous therapists also commented that this is because of sitting posture.
Even few gave me funny ideas which i cannot even share.
Dr Grishma listen to my whole story but she was not convinced about so much profound weakness in few of the core areas. She did her analysis in depth and was able to recognise the issue perfectly. She guided me at every step of my treatment. I found her very friendly and very diligent for her work.

Dr Grishma is extremely patient to listen to the problem. She then does a thorough examination and then accordingly starts the treatment. My shoulder and knee pain has improved significantly since I started treatment at her clinic. I was mostly impressed by the range of exercises she has for all types of pains. She gives personal attention to each an every patient. She is very much approachable through phone. Also there is not much of waiting time if you have appointment. I would highly recommend her.
