I booked an appointment with him at 1.15PM. I received a message on WhatsApp from Practo informing me about succesful booking. So I did not feel necessary to call the clinic as I was busy at office. I hurried to the clinic and reached at1.14pm only to find that the doctor had left. the staff at the clinic said that she had called me but could not connect. I do not accept it since I received cals from many others while she says she could not connect me. I asked her why she could not send me a message and she replied that she has a landline number in the clinic and it is not possible to send messages. I could not understand why the doctor would leave the clinic before the time of appointment and why the clinic would even allow that. All of this resulted in me losing valuable time on a weekday afternoon. Pathetic experience.

Doctor understood my issue and advised well. Changed my previous medication too. I had actually gone for some other ailment but took care of my diabetic problem too.

Good consultation. Explained the test procedure in detail. Have done proper diagnosis. Will come back again.
