I’ve been through this mental health journey more than once in my life, but meeting Dr. Richa has been one of the most impactful turning points. As a Canadian living in India, I was looking for someone who could not only listen, but truly understand the way my neurodivergent mind works. Dr. Richa did exactly that—she listened with empathy, responded with depth, and offered insight that felt truly tailored to how my brain functions.

She didn’t just check boxes. She helped me neuromap my divergencies and make sense of the complexities in a way that finally clicked. Her warmth, patience, and non-judgmental space made me feel completely safe—something that’s still far too rare in mental health care, especially in places where stigma persists.

Over the course of a dozen sessions, she provided thoughtful strategies, practical tools, and clarity I didn’t even know I needed. Even after moving to Vietnam, I’ve continued to work with her online, and she’s been incredibly flexible and supportive in that transition.

To anyone who’s curious about their own mental health, or just needs someone deeply trained and deeply human to talk to—don’t hesitate. Whether online or in person (I recommend in person—her energy is incredible), Dr. Richa is someone I’ll always be grateful to have crossed paths with.

Its difficult to be a patient when you are a doctor. The anxiety is manifold as we read about all these diseases. And we need an extraordinary doctor to guide us. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to witness the exceptional level of care and support Dr. Kaustubh provides.

From the moment I began consulting Dr. Gosavi, it was evident that he is * ****** ******* *** compassionate psychiatrist. Through thorough evaluations and careful consideration, he was able to accurately diagnose my condition and develop an effective treatment plan. The combination of therapy and medication prescribed by Dr. Gosavi has had a remarkable positive impact on my mental health.

He takes out time to understand your issues and evaluates thoroughly. He also spoke to my husband and counselled him on his role in my treatment. That I felt was a holistic approach to treatment.

His treatment is evidence based and succinct. He does not resort to blanket treatment with a cocktail of drugs. He guides perfectly about the dosage and also advises about non-therapeutic interventions and techniques that can be used.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Gosavi has consistently demonstrated a genuine care and concern for my well-being. He has made me feel valued and supported throughout the treatment process, and I am grateful for the progress I have made under his care.

Overall, our experience with Dr. Kaustubh Gosavi has been nothing short of excellent. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication to his patients are truly unparalleled. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of mental health support.

This was our very first exposure to psychiatry. A month ago my dad had got into an accident so due to his TBI and prolonged hospitalization he developed ICU Psychosis (delirium) and behavioral change to the extremes so, we had to seek help since the psychiatry medication prescribed by the past hospital didn't work for him but instead worsened his conditions. So, that's when after so much of browsing through practo we got to connect to one of the best psychiatrists; Dr Kaustubh Gosavi. Our 1st experience was the best come, he was very kind and a good listener to us, he quickly assessed the cause and issues for it and explained everything thoroughly to us. We were kind of relieved and felt quite assured after the consultation.

I'm sharing my experience right after 2 weeks of our 1st visit to the clinic, and all I've got to say is my dad's over all mental health issues has come to a resolving stage, he's been improving everyday. I'm hoping for his complete recovery, now the key to it is medication, time and patience 🙏 Thank You Doctor we entrust you!!

Such a warm doctor, with PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. Being a doctor myself, i know how important mental health is. And needless to say he didn't jump to diagnosis right away, ONLY after thorough evaluation and assessment, started on minimal needed medications. :)) He encourages the patient to follow up, as well, because a field like psychiatry needs multiple sessions. ** ** **** ************** NON JUDGEMENTAL and listens attentively which encourages you to open up and talk without hesitation about your mental health. The first time I consulted him I remember telling him, "I regret not consulting you earlier doctor!' "No worries, start a new life from today! :)) " Was his reply with a heart warming smile. Sometimes we choose a branch ( specialisation ) and sometimes a branch chooses us. Either ways, this doctor is a boon to the field of psychiatry. 💜

And the amount of confidence he instills In Patients in getting better, is so praiseworthy. The nursing staff, reception desk, and the pharmacist Baya, are all so well mannered and compassionate. :)) Happy for choosing Kasper. :)
