ACTIVITY HEALS is a multi faceted practice oriented towards applying principles of rehabilitation science, sports science and medical fitness science towards improving the efficacy of activity and function of its clients.To this extent we deal broadly in the following areas -1. Rehabilitation Science - Helping people return to active and functional living by applying principles of Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Physiology & Activity/Exercise Prescription. We design activities and exercises that are simple and livable to help people derive lasting exercise and corrective benefits which improve their living and functionality.2. Sports Science - Sports Performance & Injury Prevention practice is involved in providing complete (biomechanical, muscular, physiological and neuro-muscular) solutions for sports persons to optimize their performance and/or rehabilitate and help in returning the sports persons to performance.3. Medical Fitness - We work with fitness centers and health clubs to provide the following -- Consultation and exercise prescription for their members- Training and Continuous Fitness/Medical Fitness Education for its employees, trainers and physiotherapistsSpecialties: Specialist in understanding Human Movement and Rehabilitation to help return people with muscular and skeletal aches & pain, neurological, cardiology conditions to active and functional living
