I am Chandru and had been to doctor to consult about height growth.

I am surprised to see that, he was so friendly and gave tips how to grow naturally without any supplements. He gave some yoga asanas to do which helps growth, while he also suggested many other natural way.

I feel this is the way anybody has to be guided naturally, rather give supplements and keep fear in them in western interest.
