I have been in touch with Doctor Shazia for almost around a year now, and I can simply just say one word is Excellent.

The reason being,

(1) She has a very good knowledge and takes time to listen to our concerns and then comes up with best possible diet plan.

(2) Secondly she will just take care of our likes and dislikes our food habits and accordingly the diet chart will be shared , which keeps one motivated throughout the weight loss journey.

(3) Through my personal experience I have seen other doctors also who helps in weigh loss , their diet chart would have all sorts of fancy items which sometimes becomes difficult to purchase form store. But Doctor Shazia’s plan has the basic things only which everyone can get at their homes very easily.

I've been consulting with Shazia for a while now, and overall, my experience has been somewhat positive. While there have been some aspects that could be improved, I'm optimistic about the ongoing journey.

One aspect of my consultations that I appreciate is the flexibility in diet changes. Every 7-10 days, my diet plan evolves, allowing for adjustments based on my progress and preferences. This adaptability keeps things interesting and helps me stay motivated on my journey to better health. There is a 2-3 days challenge diet plan as well which I have to follow in between with every normal diet plan.

Another helpful feature is the availability of chat support with my dietician. Being able to ask questions and seek guidance whenever I need it is incredibly valuable. The dietician's responsiveness has been a reassuring factor in my experience so far.

However, one area where I believe there's room for improvement is in the recipe suggestions. Personalized recipes would make the experience feel more tailored to my goals and lifestyle.

In conclusion, my ongoing consultations with my dietician have been positive, with a few areas that could be enhanced. The flexibility in diet changes and the availability of chat support are definite advantages. I hope to see more personalized recipe recommendations in the future to further enhance my experience.

I have visited many doctors for weight gain but nobody tried to help me instead they referred me some protein powders but Shazia mam had explained me the importance of healthy way of gaining weight. She is friendly and you can speak to her with whatever doubts you have.

Highly recommend Dt. Shazia, she understands all the concerns and listens very patiently also very friendly in nature, I consulted her for my husband as he had high cholesterol, uric acid basically wanted a lifestyle change. And i must say that my decision was absolutely correct, she not only helped with diet charts but also shared some of the recipes which became very easy for me. In fact their were visible results seen in just few days after taking her diet plan. Got my husband's blood reports done and yes his cholesterol levels had dropped a lot, also all other reports were near to normal.

I consulted Shazia for some of the issues I faced post Keto diet.. I got great results from the diet I followed, however my LDL levels shot over the roof and I wanted to discuss the same with a more qualified dietician. I read through her reviews and reached out to her. She patiently listened to me and answered all my queries to my satisfaction. I had already discussed with cpl of more dietcians from Practo, but all of them suggested to start Statins and go see cardiologist. But Shazia, was able to guide me the reasons and how i should go forward. Shazia, has a very strong grip on the subject and she keep herself upgraded.
